On the last days of July young members of the community, aged from 17 to 25, were invited to the parlor of JCC. The representatives of the "Joint" Committee, Boris Boguslavsky and Ehud Peleg and also participant of a Youth Movement of Almaty, Alexey Danilenko, held training for the exposure of leaders’ qualities and for the unity of a team.
One of the participants, Danelya Spitzina, shared her impressions with us:
- Such seminars are very important, actually. Youth is a future of the community. Thanks to such kind of seminars, each of us, participated in them, will be able to strengthen the community in the future. With the help of competently written projects, the youth by this time, influence on the community life.
The second seminar has gathered people from 25 to 35. There were mainly trainings on project creation in the program. Participants divided into 3 groups, each of which should write and worthily present their project. After that psychologist Irina Zaltsman (Almaty) read her l
ecture "Basic principals and stages in planning the project", for the participants and "Joint" representative Ehud Peleg told about entrepreneur thinking - methods and techniques.
This meeting gave to young Jews of Almaty powerful impetus of work for community welfare. And at the and of seminar, active representative of Young club of JCC "Rimon", Kirill Devi, held Shabbat.
