"Jews and the World" - is a publicistic dilogy, in which author - 
doctor of philosophical sciences, the president of the Jewish Congress of Kazakhstan Alexandr Mashkevitch - stated the relation to important for him questions connected to a role of the Jewish civilization in the world.
The first book (according to the author written a little bit earlier) is devoted basically to revealing of characteristic features of the Jewish civilization, second book - attempt of a system sight on its evolution. And together they reflect various sides of a problem, in comprehension of which Alexandr would like to involve not indifferent reader.
