CFJB-is a big for a community holiday, so, it requires a lot of time and forces. Prepared for a Festival of the Book in Kokshetau not for one month. Made the program, selected the literature, and prepared statements.
And, celebratory concert - opening was held! It passed in a hall of a versatile grammar school "Tandau". The walls of a hall were covered with the colorful posters, Jewish attributes, and panel with illustrations of fragments from Torah, embroidered by the member of a community Lydia Vlasenko.
On stands the books - literary novelties, product of the Jewish writers, in one word everything were placed, that could interest the visitors of CFJB, tell them about the Jewish life, culture and certainly literature.
To take part in a festival were invited people from Petropavsk: Ivan Usatov and duet "Tzuzamen" (Hesed "Ephraim"). With the story about the Jewish writers, to the visitors have addressed volunteers: the workers of Kokshetau central library Valentina Tumentzeva, Valentina Kudryashova, deputy director of musical college Helena Sukhowey, main editor of RTRC - Vladimir Zhabinetz, member of youth club of the Chechen national-cultural centre - Galena Yandieva.
The members of youth club "Anakhnu" have prepared a celebratory concert. Volunteers of theatre presented a stage "Evening at the TV set" from the book "The Last Jew" by Michael Baranov. Despite the fact that the evening was not short, the grateful spectators remained with a Festival of the Book - 2006 up to the end, to be exact till the last applause not abated!
