The director of Hesed - Tatiana Slivinskaya of very rare charm the woman, never on her face will meet a gloomy expression. She jokes fervently, for everyone will find a minute, and despite of set of the visitors, in each program her support is felt. She is the rare man, which has an approach even to the most angry client. She is the optimist and sensitive chief, soul of all collective.
Irina Tveritneva - is a chief of all clubs of Hesed and programs of Community Center. The man of irrepressible energy. Irina very creatively approaches to creation of the different projects firstly apparent impracticable. But due to her persistence small thoughts develop into remarkable, bright holidays. She is the author of performances and various scripts. She can persuade any man and convince of participation of this or that measure. Despite of the energy and sure sight, she is very soft and sensitive woman.
Galina Evseeva , is a man, which makes cleanliness and creates cosiness in Hesed. Never having come in Hesed you will meet her without business, she always find, what to do. And if her work is executed faultlessly, then she hastens to help on kitchen. And more Galya has most sad, but kindest eyes, which are complete of mercies and responsiveness.
Helena Petrova - is our librarian and leader of the children's programs. She is very good organizer. Helena really worries of destiny and future of our children. She, being by the mum of two children, sees and knows needs of growing up generation and never remains indifferent to them. Her care, responsibility and response to children's hearts are the very necessary and irreplaceable business. And more she is a good hand at everything: needlewoman seamstress and hairdresser. And all her talents are applicable in work.
On Kabbalat Shabbat our cooker - Galina Surguranova prepares various tasty things with different knowledge and secrets. Everyone hastens to ask recipe, and she, besides that will tell, also invites to look and to study. She is very good-natured and rare heat woman.
Our bookkeeper - Galina Daerbayeva is not only man of figures. She is the one who is capable to replace anyone in Hesed. As her empathy and anxiety for common business does not leave her only within the limits of papers and accounts. Her accuracy in work, responsiveness and decency inspire trust and admiration.
Galina Molotkova - is a coordinator of the program "Home care ". She knows everything about all clients, all of their problem and illness. From the first sight she seems severe and concentrated, but when she communicates with the clients and wards of Hesed, she appears very attentive and good-hearted to another's needs. Always will ask on everything and will give advice.
And the youngest worker of Hesed - is operator Xenia Dzuba, very smart and sharp-witted girl. her knowledge , necessary in our century of computerization, help not only in the reports and software, but also in a children'scomputer class, where she prompts to the guys how to find this or that information.
Our family in Hesed came some years ago. But contrary to the expectations we have found here warm house and became the constant participants and visitors of Hesed. For these years we have found out much about work of Hesed and saw everything with own eyes. On the first sight the work of Hesed is pleasant and easy. But, having confronted closely, understand, that much remains behind side scenes.
Faults with the suppliers, difficult negotiations with various institutions and halls, various nuances in preparation of measures, the unforeseen circumstances make work in Hesed intense. Sometimes fastidious clients, vigilant and strict create misunderstanding. The direct contact to the client is very uneasy thing, you see it is necessary to satisfy needs of the most exacting client. And look, sometimes they furtively brush away tear, but again with a soft smile go to meet the visitors.
Our family would like very much to wish patience, longevity and happiness to this rallied collective. Let on their faces always shines the same smile despite of all difficulties.
