The red hall of Theatre of a musical comedy on March 4 became the main place of realization of Karaganda Purim 5767. By the organizer of a holiday acted Jewish Community Center "Shamash" (director Irina Kozhanovskaya). The initiative was supported by the Jewish city national-cultural centre (chief Molotov-Luchansky). In a holiday took part about 300 members of a community.
Before the beginning of action in foyer there was a demonstration of Purim attributes made by hands of children, engaged in workshop of Community Center. All come on a holiday treated with homentashen and offered 50 "purim" grams - not for the sake of drunkenness, and only for the sake of execution of Purim custom.
The celebratory concert began from performance of vocal group "Yaholom" of song "Hinema tov". Then, conducting of a holiday the coordinator of the club programs Irina Revenko, gave the hall the works, having arranged Purim quiz. All amicably have recollected the main heroes of old events. 
The children's theatrical studio "Perurim" has shown a performance put on verses Gregory Oster "Harmful advice". The magic violin of Ludmila Propishan begun to sound, Ivan Nebesny sung a song "Jerusalem" in support of Stella Sukhorukova and Alina Dzesa, Karaganda showman Dmitry Donskoy made everybody laugh by comic interlude "Jews - they are such" and yogi Pavel Bystrov tickled nerves of the auditory with different things. And everybody liked Purimshpil under codename "Divertisment" in performance of children from Jewish cultural center.
Especially we would like to note a debut of the guys - musicians from youth club JCC Andrew Vdovenko and Azar, performed in a duet "Hava Nagila" in own arrangement. Our friends from choreographic ensemble "Magic country" again pleased with new bright, numbers: have congratulated the mums and grandmothers with dance "Cupid's bow", dances on the Odessa motives: choreographic picture "Homeless", where in the main role appeared Ostap Bender, and dance "Guys from our court yard".
The draw of numerous prizes of Purim lottery caused agiotage among the spectators. The main prizes as a vacuum cleaner and two irons have got hitherto to anybody unknown members of a community. Then the visitors upon holiday have congratulated Irina Kozhanovskaya and director of Hesed Bella Kamenetskaya.
When the time has come to execute main commandment of a holiday - to read "Megilat Ester ", on a stage rabbi of the Karaganda area Meir Sheiner, made up as eastern khan has risen. Everybody prepared ratchets - and began...
And on the evening for the Jewish youth from the children's centre and youth club, and also invited visitors from other national centers, Purim disco was held which conducted Dmitriy Donskoy. The Jewish youth has acquainted with Purim traditions the friends from other centers. The team of CLH of Medacademia, and also group of break dance "Hooligans" has acted. The holiday finished with general dance of friendship "Hinema Tov". Hag Sameakh!
