The three-day seminar on Judaism has taken place in Almaty. Organized by Association of the Jewish organizations of Kazakhstan with fund "Shoresh" support the seminar is connected with a quiz "From time immemorial" which final stage will pass in Pavlodar and mentions both traditional themes of the Jewish tradition, and contemporary history and the newest tendencies in development of tradition of our people. The seminar was lead by the coordinator of the project "Shoresh" Alexander Abramovich.

The first miniseminar for teachers of the Jewish tradition concerned directly to "From time immemorial”. There were honored teacher of Republic Kazakhstan Anna Savinjants, the teacher of the Jewish subjects Natalia Rynkovsky, coordinator Julia Gollandsky and youth in the name of the future teachers of tradition – Eliko Chikovani and Arthur Zaitov. There was also the director of communal center "Rimon" and Hesed "Polina Inessa Chugainova. The vital issues of the organization of preparation for a quiz, questions of techniques of teaching depending on age and level of readiness of pupils were discussed.

In the second day Alexander Abramovich make a seminar for the senior group conditionally designated «thirty plus». More than thirty persons came – the participants of Hesed programs, members of our community. Alexander Abramovich not only lectured about history and Judaism philosophy, but also suggested participants of a seminar to express the opinion. For deeper understanding of historical and cultural processes, participants have been divided into four groups representing this or that current of the Jewish philosophy.

Entertaining discussion has taken place between "representatives" of orthodox, sionism, reformism – and even socialism. Does Jewish tradition evolute? Participants of discussion tried to answer this question. Certainly, in this dispute isn't present and there can not be an unambiguous answer, but there is no doubt that everyone has acted adequately and everyone has managed to present and tell about the sights which were taking place in the Jewish history.

The Jewish history and the Jewish tradition inseparably linked. The basic thought the day before yesterday a seminar – which covered audience of youth from sixteen till thirty years, - consisted in it. Alexander Abramovich has given to children digression to history from the bible period up to now, and participants the day before yesterday perfectly illustrated each period sketches from a Torah, the Tanah and other Jewish sources.
