Volunteer Program helps all Hesed clients and the employees of the program. People disinterestedly working for welfare organization serve as a basis for Hesed. It is impossible even to fancy a single event (planned or urgent) without them. They will deliver food packages and communicate with people, they will help to the people who need their help very much. They will help to lay out on the table and to peel vegetables in the kitchen, they will see a client off to a hospital, read aloud or have heart-to-heart talk with him/her.

  Volunteers work in any Hesed program but most of them (50 physicians) work in Medical Consulting Service of Almaty Hesed Polina.

  For most volunteers disinterested help became the main purpose of the lives. Those people came to work here not only because they want to help needy people but to communicate and to feel their own importance.
