Jewish Community - is a self-governing Jewish people living in
a city or a settlement etc ("Short Jewish Encyclopedia ", Jerusalem,
1992,volume 6). In Soviet Union, especially in 1968, all pre-conditions for
Jewish Community life were liquidated and Jewish people became victims of a
cruel anti-Semitic state policy.
The revival of Jewish Community life started between 1980 and 1990
with the beginning of perestroika in Soviet Union.
