Issyk-Kul lake. February, 2001
In the middle of February a group of 10 people: group of Ruth
Boguslavskaya, Natalya Rynkovskaya and representatives of the Youth Club "Noar
Zahav" participated in the International Seminar on Team building and leadership.
The seminar took place on the Shore of Issyk-Kul Lake in resort
called "Kirgizskoye Bzmorye".
Two teachers from Israel Natan and Grisha conducted the classes
they taught the future leaders, who will direct Youth Clubs and solve Club's
problems in their fields. And the first step to it was to meet, work and communicate
to the people they had never met before. It was clear that the best way to create
a team is to start from the very beginning.
Everybody enjoyed classes: Torah classes in the morning (conducted
by Natalya Rynkovskaya) and evening classes of communication (conducted by Grisha
and Natan). All classes were dramatized and very interesting. For example, what's
the best way to meet a person? The best way is to communicate and to be open-minded.
The last evening we played little sketches.
After the seminar was finished we went for sightseeing. We saw
many beautiful places in Kirgiziya; and the both groups became close friends.
Everybody felt sorry when there was a time to say good-bye.
