Preparations to the Hanukah celebration are almost over in
the Taraz Hesed. Three generations of the community have taken part in
the arrangements.
 The
elder members of the community are gathering Hanukah stories, preparing
stands and choosing musical accompaniment.
The youth club members are preparing a concert not
only for Taraz citizens, but also for the Jews from nearby localities.
The JCC children's drama studio is going to have a dress rehearsal of
their dancing-dramatic performance. They will tell the story of Hanukah
in twenty minutes.
Lectures and discussions about the forthcoming holiday are
held in the Hesed clubs and JCC's.
