 The
III festival of the youth centers dedicated to the 65th anniversary of
the Pavlodar region started the other day. The first to perform on the
festival was the Pavlodar JCC youth club. The children prepared a program
"The Stars of Israel".
During their presentation the teenagers told about the wonderful
land of Israel. Their narration was accompanied with the hymn of Israel
"Hatikva", the songs "Hava Nagila" and "Shir
Sameah".
 The
JCC dancing band performed Freilachs and the Jewish comic dance.
The topic of Holocaust was presented separately. The memory
about the Catastrophe must be kept, because meanness and evil have always
existed in the world history. One should not forget it. We must remember
these events in order not to let them repeat.
The youth center's program showed that the Jewish teenagers
do not forget about their background and know the Jewish Tradition and
customs well.
