A
five-day mission to Kazakhstan started today. It is leaded
by the representative of the United Jewish Federation of Pittsburgh Michael
Steiner. The aim of his trip is to examine children's program activities
in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Representatives of "Mitsva"
Association are going to accompany the mission during the visit.
Michael
started his trip with Almaty city. The first place to visit was the educational
complex "Prestige".
In the afternoon the guests went sightseeing. They visited
the famous mountain skating-rink "Medeo" and "Chimbulak"
mountain-skiing resort.
Tomorrow morning the mission participants plan to visit the
SOS program clients of the Hesed "Polina", and then to depart
for Ust-Kamenogorsk.
