The members of "Ahdut" family club have gathered
in the Taraz JCC. The meeting began with introduction of the new members.
 Then
a doctor-cardiologist Lidiya Anashkina delivered a lecture
about heart diseases, hypertension and hypertension stroke, as well as
methods of treatment and prevention.
During a break the club members tasted the dishes which they
had prepared themselves. Then they started asking questions to Lidiya
Anashkina. An active discussion began.
The club members did not notice that it was time to go home.
They wished each other to have a nice weekend.
