Kliger is a well-known man in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Not only members
of the Jewish community know and respect him. Former justice councilor
and the city public prosecutor, he has lived a long and interesting life.
Having been born in a family with many children, he was the
only one to stay alive. He had a chance to move to Moscow, but he always
felt bonded to East Kazakhstan. The community congratulates him on his
95th birthday and wishes him to live till 120. Mazal Tov!
