Jewish Community Book Festival has started in Astana.

   Opening ceremony was held in a Museum of Modern Arts. "Jewish book" exhibition, representing new books of Jewish Republican Library filial in Astana started its work at the sounds of Israeli hymn, performed by players of Musical Academy and Theater of musical comedy.

  Representatives of city authorities and press attended the opening ceremony.

   Festival guests were greeted by "Shatil" children's club, successfully working in the city community center. Children performed a choreographic composition "Freilehs", recited poems in Hebrew, sang songs by the Jewish authors.
