 A
meeting of Homecare staff was held in the Astana Hesed. This time they
were told not only about the rules of nursing, but also about the role
of Tzedakah in Jewish home.
 The
head of the program Oksana Baetova told the staff that Tzedakah means
"justice", the duty of justice restoration. It is the symbol
of our descent from Abraham.
That is the way Homecare staff understands the bases of Judaism.
Because their task is not only to care after ill and immobile community
members, but also sometimes to bring them back to the Jewish Traditions.
