 "Tsimes"
culinary club gathered in the Hesed "Natan" the other day. The
meeting was devoted to the healthy food.
Club members got acquainted with oriental health food theories
and discussed vitamins and use of native-grasses in cooking. They knew
how to cook sorrel soup, green oil for sandwiches, dandelion salad with
cabbage and carrot, plantain soup, and mint kvass.
Each of the participants received a health food booklet and
list of receipts. The meeting finished with a merry tea-drinking.
