 Kokshetau
branch of the Republican Jewish Library has received a present from their
Almaty colleagues - new books, magazines, and a seven volume "Brief
Jewish Encyclopedia".
Volunteers are placing the books on bookshelves. Clients are
looking through collections on Jewish history and Tradition and writing
down some interesting information from the encyclopedia.
Inspired with achievements of the Jewish library, community
members often bring their own books to the library stock. Thus, the library
can offer now books by Dmitry Merezhkovsky, Mark Aldanov, Moris Simashko
and others.

interesting and needed every year.
