Children's
Day Center has opened in Kokshetau. The children arrived in the morning
to see a colorful hall with two posters "Boker tov" and "Baruch
aba". The young visitors were welcomed by representatives of the
Hesed "Natan" and JCC.
A psychologist O. Bushueva helped the children to get acquainted
easily. They had a common task - to design an emblem of "Etgar"
program and to invent its motto. Katya Mutasova was the first one to complete
the task.
The Hesed "Natan" librarian Lidiya Nyashina acquainted
the children with Kokshetau Jewish library. She told them a lot of interesting
things about Jewish authors and attributes.
Then the children went to the park, where they had a chance to explore
various attractions, like a big dipper, trampoline, electric vehicles
etc.
In the afternoon the children took paintbrush and colors
to draw Torah topics. They went home with a feeling that the day had been
too short, and dreaming of coming back.
