Today Pavlodar summed up the results of the contest "Sponsor of the year" that was held by "Desenta" Kazakhstani social fund. Contest participants were business companies and private persons that rendered financial and other help to the noncommercial organizations of the region during 2004.

  One of the winners became Valeriy Stupelman, a city Jewish community member. One of his last presents to the Jews from Pavlodar was a big floor Chanukiah, beautified a hall of Hesed "Rachel".

  The ceremony of contest laureates' rewarding was held in the hall of Pavlodar Drama Theatre. Those, to whom sponsor's aid helped to move forward during the year, came to express their gratitude and to congratulate patrons.
