Children's Creative Festival has started in Pavlodar JCC. All young community members were invited to take part in it. The festival has several sections:

- music soiree;
- literary competition;
- drama;
- painting and applied art exhibition;
- singing;
- dancing.

   The festival is going to last all summer through. The final concert will be held in late August, when the festival participants will receive awards from the JCC and Hesed "Rachel".
