DSOS children's program and "Etgar" service carry out active work in the Hesed "Rachel". Thanks to them such families as Mihalenko, Zotovs have already received aid. Turkot, Alin, and Illarionov families have become participants of "Etgar" program. They have got new born children, and the Hesed takes care of them from the very beginning of their life. Mazal Tov!
