  The
second competition "Miss Little-2004" has been held in Pavlodar
the other day.
Participants were girls under 12 years old. The youngest of them is still
in a kindergarten, others are schoolgirls - from the first to sixth form.
This year two young members of Pavlodar community participated
in the competition. Active participant of the family club and children's
center Elena Kuksa won the titles "Vice-Miss" and "Miss
Friendship". One more community member - nine-year-old Viktoriya
Naprienko received the title "Miss Charm".
