The
Jewish community of Pavlodar has announced that the Community Festival
of the Jewish Book 2004 starts in early autumn in Naum Shafer's museum
of records.
This year all clubs within the Jewish Community Center will
take part in the festival. Each of them is preparing an original program
that corresponds with the topic of the day they will perform on.
