A new issue of newspaper "Hesed Herald" was published in Pavlodar. For more than a year "Herald" has been telling citizens about community life in Kazakhstan along with the republican newspaper "Davar".

  This year last issue is devoted to the Jewish New Year customs (Rosh-Ha-Shannah). Also the newspaper editors payed a steadfast attention to the peculiarities of Elul month and the Jewish Book Community Festival-2004.

   "Hesed Herald" is spread together with food packages.
