 On
April 18 a meeting dedicated to Holocaust Remembrance Day was held in
Petropavlovsk JCC. Youth club members were very excited while conducting
the meeting.
The stories of former prisoners of Ghetto and concentration
camps were a revelation to many community members. Children and youth
were excited the most. Tears were shining on their eyes.
The children made a six-point star with candles on its ends
in memory of the Jews murdered in Holocaust.
The meeting finished with one minute silence.
At present the youth club is getting prepared to celebrate
Israel Independence Day.
