Jewish Republican Library filial in Taraz organized a presentation of a book by Feliks Kandel called "A book of times and events".

   That book, comprising of 2 volumes has a good material on History of Jews, living in tsarist Russia. So, library workers decided to held not only a single meeting devoted to "A book of times and events", but to prepare a number of short lectures on the basis of materials gathered by Feliks Kandel. Thus, due to these lectures Taraz Hesed clients and constant library visitors could have a possibility to learn about the events, described in those books.

  All the lectures would be conducted by Jewish library volunteers.

   And those community members, who would like to get acquainted more close with "A book of times and events", could find it in a reading hall of the library.
