meeting with a deputy director of the West-Kazakhstan branch of National
Center for Expertise and Certification, Doctor of technical sciences Prof.
Viktor Kiyansky was presented in the Hesed "Golda" the other
day.
 At
first the guest shared his opinion on the role of the Assembly of Kazakhstani
Nations, and impressions of its 10th session. Then at the request of the
Hesed "Golda" director, he delivered a lecture on the quality
management. It was illustrated with graphic schemes and charts.
At the end of the meeting the audience showered the guest
with questions. Most of them concerned perspectives of the town and region
development.
"I'm looking forward to meeting you again",
he said at parting.
