Jewish community in Ust-Kamenogorsk held Volunteer's Day, which has already become a traditional holiday.

   The most active Hesed "Faina" volunteers gathered in "Emerald" rest-house. There they got a wonderful rest. Quizes and funny contests were organized for volunteer helpers, who became a soul of the community. Volunteers learnt to be "The fastest, the bravest and the cleverest ones", and successfully demonstrated their knowledge of Torah. The winners got sweet prizes, cooked a Cookery club especially for them.

  According to volunteers, this day will both stay in their memory for a very long time and help to return to the Hesed work with new energy.
