 Hesed
on Wheels has been working in the Hesed "Faina" for 4 years.
During those years it provided assistance to many community members in
small localities of the East-Kazakhstan oblast. Every time
the Hesed on Wheels minibus returns from the trip, the staff brings new
information about found Jewish families.
 Thanks
to the program staff, a family of 7 people has been entered in the Hesed
database. They live in Belousovka village 20 km away from Ust-Kamenogorsk,
and they did not know about welfare Jewish organizations operating in
Kazakhstan.
During their visit to the town of Ridder, the staff distributed
food sets, the last issue of "Davar" newspaper and winter relief.
Working in the Hesed on Wheels is rather a hard task, but
joy in clients' eyes is the best stimulus.
