The competition for the best performance of song in state language took place in Aktobe. The Organizators of the competition were – Minor Assembly of Kazakhstan Nations. Representatives of national-cultural centers of the region participated in the competition. Among vocalists was representative of city Jewish Community Centre 14-yearsold Iya Bochkova.

   In Iya’s performance sounded famous song written by Akhmet Zhubanov, in 1942, "Karlygash", ("Swalow"). This song is still the most favourite song for Kazakhstan people.

  For the performance of "Karlygash" song, Iya Bochkova was awarded with diploma of festival participant.
