An opening ceremony of a photo exposition, devoted to the Great Victory Day was held in Hesed "Polina" exhibitory hall. Its organizer is Almaty Jewish community center. The exposition consists of photo portraits of city Jewish community members, participated in the Great Patriotic war and front-line photos, kept in family albums of Almatiners.

  The opening ceremony of the exhibition was held by "Rimon" JCC director Aleksandra Zikina. She congratulated veterans on the 60th anniversary of Victory Day and wished them strong health. JCC creative groups joined those congratulations. First visitors of the exhibition could enjoy "Anahnukan" children’s vocal group, that performed potpourri of Jewish melodies. Then, dance group staged its choreographical short plays and "Nehama" ensemble sang war-time songs. >

  The exposition will be lasted in Hesed for 10 more days. "Rimon" Jewish community center invites you to the exhibition. Entrance if free.
