 In JCC, Astana wonderful holiday took place - community congratulated married couple Torkins on 60th anniversary of joint life.
 Alexander and Zina Torkins acquainted in time of Great Patriotic War by correspondence. And at once they entered into warm, affecting friendship. Young Sasha in breaks among battles painted pictures for his girlfriend and wrote rhymes below it. And when the Victory had come, young hearts were turned to each other, and then understood that they were right.
They got married that year. In 1946 they came to Akmolinsk with their first born, and still live there.
 Alexander dedicated his life to jurisprudence, and Zinaida is a trade worker. They grew up 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 5 grand grandchildren. Of course time is implacable, and do not add the health. Unfortunately now Zinaida moves hardly along the flat and seldom visits communal activities. Alexander comes to Kabbalat Shabbats. Birthdays, and other holidays.
 And Community of Astana decided to congratulate such wonderful people on their important holiday 60th anniversary of joint life.
Heroes of anniversary were congratulated by friends, workers and volunteers of JCC Astana. Long and heart-to-heart talk cheered married couple up. And their eyes shone again as on wedding day.
And let’s wish the Torkins to keep their tender feelings for long years more. Let it be sample of fidelity for those who married not so long ago!
