 A meeting of Health club participants was held in Astana Hesed. This time the meeting was organized on the request of 12 women, participants of city Community Center Women's club.
Ladies listened to a lecture of Hesed Medical program volunteer about the ways of fight against ageing of skin. They shared with each other secrets of folk medicine and did respiratory gymnastics. After that Jewish center workers treated women with hot tea with herbs and honey.
