 A series of lectures "Health - is care of everybody" was created in Hesed "Nathan" on the initiative of Medical program volunteers. A new lecture-discussion was devoted to a subject "Preventation of oncological diseases".
For the first time the lecture-discussion was delivered by Hesed friends, doctors of the highest category of Akmola regional oncological dispensary Zhanna Bekeeva and Sagat Ibraeva. As sign of gratitude Community members presented doctors with calendars from the series "Famous Jews of Kazakhstan", books of Moris Simashko and two boxes of matzoth. Zhanna and Sagat were sincerely touched wit such attention and expressed thei desire to help Hesed "Nathan" as volunteers.
36 people attended the lecture. We are glad that lectures didn’t let neither children nor elder generation to stay indifferent to it. The youngest lecture attendant is only 16 and the eldest one is 82!!! Lectures last an hour and a half. So listeners have enough time to set all the questions they are interested in.
Thus, day after day, step by step, Hesed gains new friends and like-minded fellows. Mazl Tov!
