In Female club of Kostanay Hesed the evening devoted to a history of the Jewish antifascist committee was held. The employees of urban branch of Republican Jewish library have taken part in preparation of evening. Meeting was conducted by the librarian Alla Gafurova.

   Alla has told visitors about journalist Mira Jeleznova - member of the Jewish antifascist committee, which by first has come in firing cellars of Lubyanka. All "terrible fault " of Jeleznova consist that she as first publicly has named number of Jews Heroes of Soviet Union awarded with this rank during Great Patriotic war.

   The members of Female club also have learned a lot of new and about destinies of other members of antifascist committee - Lev Kvitko, Solomon Mikhoels, Peretz Markish
