 TV company "Alau" working in Kostanay region, finished shooting of seria of programs devoted to Jewish Community of the city, traditions and holidays of Jews, based on Kostanay Hesed and JCC.
In the first broadcast, which will be in ether in a few weeks, will be told about Kabbalat Shabbat, about meaning of Shabbat in Jewish life. Leader of religious programs, Vladimir Lyahovetsky answered journalists’ questions. Children attending to a vocal studio in JCC sung Shabbat songs and then they told film crew about meaning of Mezuzah and attributes of Jewish life
 In the shooting of the program participated also Kostanay Hesed director Peter Rubinshtein. He answered journalists’ questions, regarding Hesed activity, charitable programs working in centre, interests of modern Jewish Community.
- It is very important – marked Peter Rubinstein – that this program is available not only in Kostanay but also townsmen of small towns as Lisakovsk and Rudny can also watch it. And it means that Hesed will be known for community members, which we didn’t deal in some reasons, that members who may be need our assistance.
