Recently Mariya Sinitchenko, a former Kostanay Hesed client, visited Kostanay Jewish community. Last year she moved to Germany for permanent living, so she shared her impressions with community members.

  Mariya Borisovna took a lot of photos with her. One of them pictured Jewish cemetery in Maien city. The last burial is dated by 1942. Another picture demonstrated a monument, devoted to Holocaust victims. The monument was erected in the same German city.

  With great pleasure Mariya Borisovna attended Shabbat in Kostanay Hesed, as well as Family and Women’s club. Participants of each of those meetings listened to the story very attentively and set lot of questions. And, of course, they were given sincere answer.
