A new office of Kostanay Hesed became a true home for members of regional Jewish community. The life there is in full swing. People come there with joys and sorrows; they come to communicate with their friends or to take part in meetings of favorite clubs.

  Hesed workers are in a constant search of new forms of work.

  "We do not have a right to disappoint our clients", said Hesed director Petr Rubinshtein, "they believe in us!"

  Interesting people are invited for delivering a speech at club meetings and Kabbalat Shabbat. People used to watch movies, read letters from Israel. After one of community members made a trip to Israel, Hesed workers gather people, wishing to listen to stories of eyewitnesses about Eretz Israel, about its life and Tradition. Watching amateur video, photos, recollections of elderly generation of family customs and stories from their childhood - all this vivifies Hesed work and involve more and more people.
