Аn eighty-years-old Kazakhstani citizen, Kostanay Hesed client, Bertran Rubinshtein, was invited to take part in Victory Parade that is to be held on May 9 on the Red Square in Moscow.

  Bertran Iosifovitch happened to be one of 2 thousand of veterans officially invited by the Russian Government from all the CIS countries. Also mayors of capitals of anti-Hitler coalition, representatives of cities-heroes and many other guests will come to Moscow in the view of this event.

  According to the program of celebration of the 60th-anniversary of victory over the fascist Germany, there was planned to organize a trip of veterans around cities-heroes before the parade. The participants of the Great Patriotic war will get together like a single nation, as it was during the wartime, when they elbow-to-elbow defended a common Motherland.
