 Victory Day is a joyful and bitter holiday. Every year, in theses spring days nature comes back to life and we feel more sharply how life is wonderful! How it is dear to us!
On May 9 of 2005 Victory salute was thundered for the 60th time. And immense sufferings of war times and immense bravity of nation is still alive in people’s memory.
May 9th of 1941. The whole world remembers this date. Major sons and daughters of our earth sacrificed their lives for the sake of freedom of their country, for the sake of happy future of their descendants. And exactly on May 9th, Hesed "Rachel" held a meeting with former front-line soldiers, devoted to a gloious victory of the soviet nation in the Great Patriotic War.
 The opening ceremony of a Memorial Wall was held in the course of the meeting. We want our descendants to remember warriors - Jews of Pavlodar region - those, who went to the front-line and did not come back, those, who defended our Motherland and won a Victory.
Then holiday participants recalled war times and eve yday work.
 To congratulate those who could not come to the meeting, Children from Hesed "Rachel" Children’s Day center went to their homes.
We wish our veterans health and happiness. And with a feeling of deep gratitude we turn to our veterans, who saved world from brown plague.
From all our heart we congratulate you on Victory Day! We wish happiness, well-being, joy, clear sky above heads and peace in our big house! Congratulations on Victory day!
