  Vladimir reminded the comers of wise men’s saying: "If a man lives in accordance with Torah, he consecrates himself, his deeds and the whole world that due to him becomes more perfect".

  In the course of lectures there was also said about laws, the idea of which is not understandable to human mind. These laws are called "Hukim". And rules, laws understandable to people are called "Mishpatim".
