The second year running in Hesed "Rachel" works program for children from families of low means - "Etgar". Thanks to this program, children annually get the most necessary things for their life.

  Not so long ago "Etgar" prepared children for school having presented them stationary and rucksacks. Now connected with coming of winter colds, the program "Winter Relief" begun working for the children. Warm blankets, pajamas and night-dresses will warm children on cold nights.
