On the threshold of autumn foul weather lecture devoted to issue "Catarrhal diseases and its prophylaxis" took place in Hesed "Rachel". Organizers of the lecture - is a collective of Medical program.

   Volunteer of Hesed, Ludmila Chukareva, told about prophylaxis of catarrhal diseases, about how it is important to prepare the organism to period of cold weather. Also the speech was about signs of cold and what is necessary to pay attention on, if you got a cold.

   At the end of the lecture, members of the Community were sharing receipts of herbal teas, decoctions which are used often to prevent catarrhal diseases.
