A presentation of a new collection of poems from a series called "A city of poets" - a kind of almanac of modern literature, music and painting of Irtysh region, was held in a guest hall of Semipalatinsk House of Friendship. This book, named "Semipalatinsk Lyre" includes works of poets of Eastern-Kazakhstani region.

  All in all there were published poems of 25 authors. Three of those poets are Semipalatinsk Jewish community members - Olga Zavorohina, Ilya and Lubov Barohovskiy. According to critics, in their works their expressed the whole gamma of human feelings and emotions. Every poem is a part of author's soul.

  Before they were put on the shelves of the book shops, the collection became a bibliographic rarity.
