In Almaty the preparatory meeting of NGO finished the work within the framework of Meeting OSCE "Intercultural, interreligious and interethnic understanding" on creation of the recommendations for the basic meeting of OSCE.

   Theme of the third session - "Other side of intercultural, interreligious and interethnic partnership: creation of a coalition as a way of progress of tolerance in multicultural societies". The reports of the director on the international businesses of the Jews of the American Jewish committee of USA Rabbi Andrew Baker of the political coordinator of the European Jewish information centre in Belgium Gidon Van Emden and feads of socities and integration policy of Commission on racial equality of Great Britain Alveena Malik were heard.

   "Without a coalition it is impossible to adjust discussion between the Christians and Muslims, Muslims and Jews and so on. The obligatory interaction between the people of different cultures, religions and nationalities is necessary to understand, what a sort of the people they are and what do they actually want. It is necessary to us to build open, tolerant Europe, for the reason that it becomes multicultural", - told G. Emden.

   The representatives NGO from many countries, such as Armenia participated in making of the recommendations OSCE, Georgia, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Netherlands etc. On results of the third session were stated the following recommendations - to pay attention to education and growing up generation in spirit of tolerance and tolerance, to try to create a coalition of groups of migrants without belonging to any ethnic or religious sign, to support organization, which are engaged in protection of the rights migrants to enter into the school program religious studies as the basic subject of education in growing up generation of tolerance to the representatives of other religious communities.

   The work of last fourth session passed on a theme "The way forward: a role of youth in progress of dialogue and understanding in multicultural societies". Before gathered the executive director of remedial organization "Union of 21 century" (Georgia) Hatuna Tzindzadze, president of youth group for tolerance "Ethics" (Russia) Anastacia Denisova and political coordinator on employment and social connection of the European youth forum (Brussels) Maxim Cherutti acted.

   At the end of work of the fourth session the following recommendations were offered: the help to youth organizations in registration and simplification of the process of registration, creation of the various educational centres on an explanation of the civil rights of youth, maintenance of civil-law education of youth.

   On results of all four sessions, which were heard at meeting, the recommendations to the basic two-day time Meeting of OSCE "Intercultural, interreligious and interethnic understanding" were made which officially will be sounded today, June 12.
