 In last weekend younger generation of Community Centre "Rimon" and the participants of the children's programs of Hesed "Polina" met a remarkable holiday Tu-bi-Shvat - New Year of trees.  The most part of cares on preparation and organization of a holiday were undertaken by parental committee of Community Centre. They were preparing for a holiday beforehand. Children and parents with pleasure decorated the hall, prepared sprouts, learned verses and songs.
 As well as all significant dates of the Jewish calendar, Tu-bi-Shvat is deeply family holiday. Therefore children have brought with themselves their parents, grandmothers and grandfathers. Each family brought fruit and sweetness. Pomegranates and olives, raisin, nuts, mandarins and dates stood out on a celebratory table. The main ornament was a beautiful bouquet from wheaten ears.
 The fragments from Torah and statement of wise men were read out, in which the Jewish people was compared to fruit of Tu-bi-Shvat. Each participant of a holiday learned something new about New Year of trees. Community centre gave the large attention to tradition of the Jewish people. Was executed, already becoming traditional "Mitsva" - children and the adults have lowered the donations in Tzdaka.
The holiday was finished with the game program, participation in which was taken by both adults and children. Everyone felt himself as a part of the large Jewish family, small seeds of large and ripe pomegranates.
