In Almaty passes a seminar for the coordinators of the children's programs. New meeting, as well as the representatives of "Joint" Committee promised during last session of Branch of the social workers at academy "Prestige", is devoted to questions of fundraising. Specially for conduction of a seminar in Almaty arrived Simone Spak-Safran (JDC, Jerusalem).

The search of additional means, for the help to children from socially unsuccessful families, means for development of the children's initiatives and projects directed on creation for younger generation of the Jewish community of acceptable conditions of life, became a long-term objective of a seminar.

The former students, leaders of the children's programs from 7 Kazakhstani Hasadim, again met the teachers - Alexandr Smagliy and Zhanna Yavorskaya. During training in academy the workers of Kazakhstani Hasadim have got acquainted with questions connected with family therapy, age psychology, correction of the relations between the parents and children. The teachers and the students spent a lot of time to study a legal basis of work of the workers of the social programs. And qualitatively new step - attempt to analyze necessity of work of the employee of the children's program with funds and directly with the sponsors - foreign and Kazakhstan.

During 4 days of seminar the coordinators of the children's programs will hear lectures: "Family therapy", "Families with multiple problems", "Young Families", "Fundraising - Clarifying expectations and setting personal goals". The classes are conducted by the qualified specialists from Almaty, representatives of the Israeli office of "Joint Committee".

Due to the training programs of "Joint Committee" leaders of the Children's programs of Kazakhstani Hasadim got the perfect opportunity, together with the experts of a high class, to find the necessary receptions and methods of work with children adequate to conditions of life of a modern Jewish community of Kazakhstan.
