In last weekend on a picturesque coast of Kapchagay reservoir the exit seminar of the program "Young Leadership" was held. A theme of a seminar: "Revealing of leadership qualities in extreme conditions". In meeting took part both senior and younger group of the project.

The day of arrival has coincided with approach of Saturday. Kabbalat Shabbat was conducted in an open-air. Candles lighted Masha Kuzmenko and Lisa Trokhimchuk. Blessing on bread and wine read Sasha Eremin. The youth were treated this time by a shish kebab prepared by own hands. The evening passed cheerfully, the easy dialogue was in pleasure for everybody. The empty beach, fire, stars and singing under a guitar was especially remembered to the guys.

The second day was devoted to study. Classes were conducted by the representatives of "Mitsva" Association and Jewish Community Centre "Rimon". The young people discussed the work, done at the previous meetings, and created at them lately projects, built the plans for the future.

Among trainings the place and for active rest - distant races, game on water was found. And as many young Jewish families take part in the program, at a seminar there were also children. For them the special pleasure appeared construction of cities from sand.

Fresh air made active work of mind, the sun has added sunburns on young bodies. The discussions proceeded till deep night, but morning all again gathered for the further work, vigorous and relaxed.

There were some new families, which with interest observed such unification so big quantity of the people, but very fast they also became a part of a single unit named as the Jewish community.
