 March 19, when behind a window the spring sun tenderly shined in Community Centre was bright, noisy carnival.
The participants of the children's program came together with the parents, grandmothers and grandfathers in carnival costumes and with good mood. They were met with festively decorated by parental committee of the Centre of children's creation hall, cheerful music and smiles of the workers - manager Inessa and office- manager Julia, and coordinator of the children's program - Olga - in a costume "Purim" was simply not recognisable!
On two floors of the centre 7 "clubs - teams" were created, which work coordinated the parents: Larissa Sudakova, Mark Wiser, Katya Rabina, Natalie Trokhimchuk, Julia Makarova, Irina Berseneva, Sasha Eremin, Gulya Musina. As the tasks visitors were offered to answer questions on Tradition and then all together "to weave" a multi-coloured carpet and to tell a ridiculous history. All answers were estimated by "strict jury" - Bekhzod Artygaliev (14 years) and Sasha Eremin (18 years). And such task how to make on hand figure in body art, the guys helped participants of Youth club Katya Rabina and Karina Popenko.
 The guys with pleasure solved crossword puzzles, did rattles under a management of Irina Berseneva and Masha Russu, which durability then have tested during the story about Ester, participated in relay races, showing speed and sharpness.
Having executed the tasks, the guys received multi-coloured symbolical coins. Then all present were going in the top hall and with interest have heard from Olga Drobnokhod about a history and features of a cheerful holiday - about a heroic act Ester and mercy of the Most High, who again rescued the Jewish people. Was marked about tradition of keeping the commandment of Mishloakh Manot and Matanot Lavenyonim, Purim history about happy disposal of the Jewish people was told.
 The new families which have come on this holiday for the first time have learned a lot of new and interesting.
In inflammatory carnival 47 men have taken part. The program of a holiday was constructed on active participation of everyone. And though the difference in the age of present changed from 1,5 till 60 years old everyone has found for itself something interesting. The girls in costumes of Ester performed before "king" dance. The kids galloped on horse, representing solemn departure of Mordekhay along streets of Shushan. The adults participated in quiz, answering questions on a holiday Purim, and having forgotten about age, actively competed in mobile games.
 And certainly, one more tradition - Purim meal was executed. With the large appetite, stodging Homentash - "Aman's ears", the guys acquired a history of the people "by heart". The special gratitude the employees JCC "Rimon" want to express Natalie Trokhimchuk for surprisingly tasty homentash which she has baked 90 pieces. The holiday with set of surprises and prizes succeeded excellent.
The basic task of work of Community Centre is the attraction of new families. And we hope that exactly such activities will help us with it.
